Fitness Model Body Program that works!
All women dream of having a body similar to that of a fitness model. Fortunately for you this is achievable with a bit of hard work of course, with the final result being great looks, sexy slim body and you never know, you too may be come a Fitness Model!
To achieve a Fitness Model body I suggest you do the following:
1. Establish your Target/Goal
If your problem area is your waist, legs or hips, measure them and diarise the date before you start and establish a deadline of when you want to see results
2. Reduce Stress prior to your workout
Start your day drinking a glass of hot water (or green tea) with a slice of lemon. This will help relax your mind and reduce your stress levels. It’s best to try this relaxation method 5 minutes prior to you exercising.
3. Don’t Rush Yourself
There is no need to rush things, the key here is to slowly get into your Fitness Model workout routines. Commence your first cardio day with a simple walk. You can start jogging on the second day or when you feel up to it until you get to a fitness level where you can run 3 times a week.
4. Abdominal Workouts
After jogging, you can do some leg lifts in the afternoon by laying flat on the ground keep your arms by your side, palms down lift your legs up and down for 20 times. This may hurt but it will melt your belly fast resulting stronger better looking abs if done as a part of your routine.
5. Graze
Don't eat your all your food in one sitting. It is best to eat 5 small meals every hour and chewing for 10 seconds on every bite, which will help speed up your metabolism. Remember avoid sugar, white bread and alcohol. Make sure you drink lots of green tea, eat vegetables, fish and some fruits.
6. Drink LOTS of Water
Remember drink a minimum of 8 glasses of fresh water everyday. This will help lighten your skin and flush toxins out of your body.
7. Wash your Hair Everyday
As unusual as this may sound, was your hair on a daily basis. By washing your hair everyday, your scalp will produce more oils which is natural and adds to beauty.
8. Focus on your hips
Fitness Models tend to have great figures because of their small hips. You can help reduce your hip size by walking a dog at least 2 - 3 miles three times a week. This may sound simple, but helps with you gain a Fitness Model figure.
